Data controller
Opus MP, SASU, SIREN 991 303 975, 35 rue Vital, 75016 Paris. Contact: maxime@opus-archives.com.
Data collected
This site has no form. The only data we receive is what you choose to send us by email or phone: your name, contact details and the content of your message.
Like any website, the hosting provider records technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) needed for the security and operation of the service.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a contractual relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, or pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for at most three years after the last contact, unless a contract is signed, in which case statutory periods apply.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics tool or third-party tracker. Fonts are served from our own site. No consent banner is therefore needed.
Recipients
Your data is intended for the Opus Archives team only. It is neither sold nor transferred.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to maxime@opus-archives.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Licensed content
The processing of documentation licensed by companies follows a separate protocol, described in the “Data protection” section of the home page.
